The Tate Library, Streatham. This library was one of three funded by Sir Henry Tate of Parkhill, Streatham. Designed by the architect Sydney R.Smith, it was opened by Sir Lyon Playfair M.P. in 1891. View of the main reading room and stacks, with details of the coved ceiling, roof lights and clear storey windows.
