The London Eye, also known as the Millennium Wheel, is located by the riverside walk in the South Bank, Waterloo. It was erected as part of the Millennium 2000 celebrations. This photograph taken on 17th March 2004, shows the glass entrance canopy and people queueing to get on while security checks were being carried out as part of the embarking procedure.
