TOPOLSKI GALLERY, HUNGERFORD BRIDGE, WATERLOO

A Memoir of the Century is a 600ft long mural painted over 20 years by Feliks Topolski RA (1907-1994). It is housed beneath the railway arches leading to Hungerford Bridge and depicts political events of the first half of the 20th century. It was opened in 1948 by the Duke of Edinburgh.
