St Luke's church viewed from Nettlefold Place, West Norwood. St. Luke's was designed by the architect Francis Bedford and built in 1825. It is one of the four churches in Lambeth built with the aid of a government grant. The others are St. Mark's at Kennington, St. Matthew's at Brixton and St. John's at Waterloo.
