The now closed Jack Stamps public house, on the corner of Norwood Road and Robson Road, was formerly known as the Thurlow Arms Hotel, named after the Lord Chancellor Lord Thurlow. Robson Road was originally known as 'Cemetery Wall' but was renamed after the first superintendent of the adjacent West Norwood Cemetery. Photographed on 16th May 2004.
