Architect's proposal for the Durning Library in Kennington Road, designed by Sidney R.J.Smith. The £10,000 cost was paid for by Miss J. Durning Smith and featured terracotta decorations by Stiff & Sons. It was built by Messrs Hall, Beddall & Co., of Pitfield Wharf, Waterloo Bridge.
