Georgian houses with later shop fronts, Nos 315-331 Kennington Road - formerly Nos. 7-15 Marlborough Place. The pedimented building behind bears a plaque stating 'Marlborough House' and initialled 'W.E.' noting William Edridge who probably built the house in 1787. The shop fronts were added across gardens in 1872.
