The image of Prime Minister Gordon Brown on a 10-pence piece, a comment on the controversy caused by the Labour government abolishing the 10p tax rate, affecting those with low incomes.The Festival, which ran from 3rd-5th May, was organised by Pictures on Walls and Blank Expression with the permission of the British Rail Residuary Board and Department of Transport.
