An artwork by ATG Productions (Asure and Discotek), based on William Hogarth's Gin Lane, which commented on 18th century gin initially being free of duty and therefore cheap - it could also be sold without a licence - contributing to the ills of the less well off. This artworks was part of August 2008's Cans Recycled Festival in Leake Street, Waterloo. The tunnel was initally used for the Cans Festival in May and has since become a popular location for many notable artists, establishing itself as Lambeth's second 'Hall of Fame' for street art.
