RUSKIN PARK, LOUGHBOROUGH JUNCTION

Boys posing on steps at the newly-opened Ruskin Park, Denmark Hill. The park was made from part of the Sander's Estate bought by The London County Council in 1906. It was named after John Ruskin, who lived in Denmark Hill for many years, and opened by Mr Evan Spicer J.P., Chairman of the L.C.C. on Saturday 2nd February, 1907.
