Plan of Vassall House, 165 Brixton Road, the home of Mr Webster dated 10th August 1857, showing drains from a single toilet at the rear of the stables and a sink in the wash house. Also included is the section where the 6" glazed stoneware pipe drains enters the main sewer (River Effra) beneath the forecourt. The site is now that of the Cowley Estate.From Drainage Records
