A street artist sketching flags of the world on the South Bank walkway, a nod towards the many foreign visitors in London for the 2012 Olympic Games. The visitors were invited to drop a coin on the flag of their country. An area between the London Eye and Hungerford Bridge is permitted for use by any street performers or artists with the required licence.
