The property owners listed include; Mr Snelling, Thomas Haynes, the Ecclesiastical Commissioners and Miss C. Searle. Occupants include: W Archbutt, Mr Blakemore, Mrs Burrell and G.Armstrong & Co. The street was renamed Etty Street in 1937 by the LCC, but was demolished for the expansion of St Thomas' Hospital.From the Street Renumbering/ Renaming Files, dated 18th May 1888.
