Renumbering plan for Baker Street incorporating Clarendon Retreat, Brixton North, adjacent to Chryssell Road and Farrar Street. Listed property owners include Dr Goodrich, Jane Cordy and Mrs Emma Robinson. It was renamed Blackwell Street by the LCC in 1937, but was later demolished when the area was redeveloped with new housing for the Holland Town Estate.From the Street Renumbering/ Renaming Files, dated 2nd March 1883.
