Renumbering plan for College Street, Waterloo, later incorporating Vine Street, Sussex Place and York Terrace. Premises shown include Sufferance Wharf, College Wharf and Providence Wharf - now the site of Jubilee Gardens. Of the many public houses in the area servicing the local workforce those shown here are The White Hart, The Rising Sun and The Crown. The street was renamed Jenkins Street on 1st July 1938.From the Street Renumbering/ Renaming Files, dated 13th February 1906.
