The gravestone of Samuel Beeton (1830-1877) and Isabella Mary Beeton (1836-1865) in West Norwood Cemetery. Mrs Beeton, as she was more widely known, worked with her husband an editor and publisher producing many popular Victorian household manuals. This grave was erected by their surviving sons in 1933 to replace the original, which had fallen into disrepair.Digital photograph -
