The Lambeth-born actress Jill Gascoine with Frances de la Tour at a protest in Brixton - captioned, 'Celebrities on Town Hall Steps for Fighting Fund'. Lambeth's left-wing council refused to set a rate, putting it at odds with central government's planned funding cuts.
