PROTEST PETITION, DUMBARTON ROAD, BRIXTON HILL

A petition signed by residents of Dumbarton Road in Brixton Hill, protesting to the council about the 'deplorable & disgusting' state of their road. The instigator appears to be R.E Joseph of No.55. From Apportionment Files dated 8th February 1910. The files show the apportionment of costs to each owner for the construction of paths and roadways adjacent to their properties.
