The junction of Greyhound Lane and Streatham High Road, showing The Greyhound public house built in 1871 and replaced in 1930. The area was renown for being 'a haunt of gypsies' in mid-19th century. A real photographic postcard published by the Surrey View Company, addressed to Miss G Stacey, Headingly Lodge, from Peggie, 121 Pathfield Road, Streatham, and postmarked 15th January 1916.
