The crash scene on Wandsworth Road, Vauxhall, after a helicopter collided in dense fog with the jib of a construction crane attached to St George Wharf Tower. The crash on the morning of 16th January 2013 was the first fatal helicopter crash in central London since 1976 when records began - fatalities were the pilot, Pete Barnes and a pedestrian, Matthew Wood.
