AIR TRAINING CORPS, STREATHAM SQUADRON

The Air Training Corps Streatham Squadron was set up in March 1941 at the height of the Blitz, their headquarters was at 45 Tooting Bec Gardens. In 1945 a total of 800 cadets had passed through the squadron, 650 of whom served in the RAF and Fleet Air Arm.
