BANK, WESTOW HILL, UPPER NORWOOD

A bank built in 1887 for the London and County Banking Company to the designs of Horace Chesterton. The manager resided on the two floors above. The bank was later taken over by Westminster Bank, but is now an estate agents. Camille Pisarro the Impressionist painter lived on the site.
