Proposed front and rear elevations for Barrow Court in Barrow Road, Streatham Vale. This estate of 144 flats spread over three identical blocks was developed by E.J.Jeffery Esq., on the site of his property Oakfield House. The blocks were subsequently renamed; Blandon Court, Ridley Court and Elphinstone Court. Drawing by surveyors W.T.Mills & Co., dated June 1934.From Drainage Records.
