BENHURST, STREATHAM COMMON NORTH

Benhurst on Streatham Common North, was the home of Dr Canon Carver, headmaster of Dulwich College. The house was demolished in 1934 and Benhurst Court built on the site. A real photographic postcard published by J.M. of Vauxhall, addressed to Miss Lottie Lee, Wealdstone, from E Wiles and postmarked 18th August 1916.
