CHRIST CHURCH, GIPSY HILL, UPPER NORWOOD

The fire-damaged tower of Christ Church, Upper Norwood. The 1867 Victorian church was mostly destroyed by fire in 1982 and rebuilt, although the tower was converted into a dwelling and renamed Highland Tower. Photographed in June 1983.
