CHURCH OF THE ENGLISH MARTYRS, MITCHAM LANE, STREATHAM

The Church of the English Martrys in Mitcham Lane, Streatham, was built in 1892-93 to the designs of A.E.Purdie in the French Gothic style and features ornate interiors. It was the first Catholic church built in Streatham and was chiefly paid for by Robert Measures, a local business man. The church is now listed Grade II*.A Johns postcard.
