Conservation Area 8, Nos 35 - 33 Cleaver Square. The square was laid out from c.1790 on land leased by Thomas Ellis from the Cleaver Estate and part of the White Bear Field inherited by Mary Cleaver in 1743. Other houses were added or rebuilt until 1853, including No.33.
