A page from the presentation volumes presented to Sir Henry Doulton by the female staff of Doulton Pottery.Cavendish House, Clapham Common was the home of the noted scientist Henry Cavendish who lived here between 1782 - 1810. It was built by Thomas Cubitt and his family also lived here between 1827 - 1832. Seen here from Clapham Common, the house was demolished in 1905.
