Former Westminster Bank premises on Westow Hill, Upper Norwood, an accountants when this photogrpah was taken. It was originally built as the London and County Banking Co. Ltd in 1887 to the designs of Horace Chesterton. The blue plaque commemorates Camille Pissaro the Impressionist painter who once resided on the site. Photographed on 23rd March 2005.
