A 'Free Assange' protester on Lambeth Bridge after rally to protest at Julian Assnage's looming extradition to the United States. Assange founded Wikileaks 2006, but it was when the organisation published a series of leaks from a serving US Army intelligence analyst in 2010 that he was sought by the US authorities to face prosecution. A plea bargain was finally agreed in 2024 enabling him to walk free.
