The funeral of Claudia Jones (1915 to 1964), showing the progress to Golders Green Crematorium. People of all races walked together to mourn the death of this remarkable Caribbean freedom fighter and journalist on 9th January 1965. Published in Vol.8 of the December/January issue of the West Indian Gazette, (journal founded and edited by Claudia Jones in Brixton from 1958).
