Hailsham Avenue, Streatham Central.  Developed in the 1890s and built on the Leigham Court Estate.  This view looking north-west towards Amesbury Avenue, part of the ABCD Estate, developed by the Artisans' Laboroures' and General Dwelling Company, the roads still remain largely unchanged and are now part of a conservation area.
