Nos 1 & 2 Factory Square adjacent to Immanuel Church School. No.1 (on the right) was the home of the school carefully. The school building became part of P. B. Cow's factory when the school was closed down. The school was demolished in 1988 to make way for the development of Sainsbury's supermarket. The buildings were designed by Gilbert Scott, but demolished in 1976 for the building of a Sainsbury's supermarket.Digital image by kind permission of Graham Gower.
