Villa in King's Avenue, Clapham Park. View showing the front and coach house, originally part of the Clapham Park development which was started in the 1830s by the developer Thomas Cubitt. Seen here in a derelict state, before it was due to be demolished as part of a social housing programme by the local authority, and replaced by Clapham Park Estate, Helby Road and Headlam Road. Photograph taken on 9th December 1949.
