No 96 King's Avenue, originally part of the Clapham Park development which was started in the 1830s by the developer Thomas Cubitt. Front view of the house and coach-house, seen here before it was due to be demolished as part of a social housing programme by the local authority, and replaced by Clapham Park Estate, Helby Road and Headlam Road. This photograph taken on July 2nd 1952.
