An plan for the planned extension eastwards of Kennington Park by the LCC, dated 16th March 1931. The area outlined pink was to be conveyed the the Parks Committee and the blue area to the Education Committee, the latter known in the 1950s as Smith Street Botany Centre, 35 Camberwell New Road. It also shows fruit trees at the rear of properties in St Agnes Place.
