Mid-19th century housing as restored by Lambeth Council under Ted Hollamby in Loughborough Park. The villas were built on land used for market gardens from the 1840s onwards after the landowner, Lady Holland, granted leases to developers.Photograph by Sydney Newbery, dated 1970.
