A plan from the London & South-West Railway Company showing residue properties in Vauxhall for auction in 1851 by Messrs Farebrother, Clare & Lye after the Metropolitan extension from Nine Elms to Waterloo. Premises shown include The Coach Field - 'parking' for adjacent Vauxhall Gardens, the London Gasworks and Symonds & Marsh printing office. Adjacent occupiers include; J.C. Falkard, John Lee and William Palmer. Ref: 2004/21
