Planning proposal for a photographic studio from Frank Andrews, 43 Carnac Street, West Norwood/ West Dulwich and dated 11th August 1902. Mr Andrews writes, 'being a apprentice to the trade of an arts and also learning to make photographic studies. I am desirous of improving myself both in my art and position therefore I should like to have placed in my garden a portable studio for which I am told I must take out a licence.'
