No.44 Poynders Road, originally part of the Clapham Park Estate which was started in the 1830s by the developer Thomas Cubitt. Front view showing the conservatory to the left of the main building, seen here before it was due to be demolished as part of a social housing programme by the London County Council, which resulted in the building of the Poynders Garden Estate and the opening of Agnes Riley Garden, a newly created public park.
