No 24 Poynders Road, Clapham Park. This villa-styled property was built as part of Thomas Cubitt's Clapham Park development. Many of Cubitt's houses were demolished during the late 1930s and replaced by the LCC's Clapham Park Estate. This house was demolished after the war and Agnes Riley Gardens is on the site. Photograph taken on September 9th 1953.
