ST AGNES PLACE, KENNINGTON

ST AGNES PLACE, KENNINGTON

View south-west along St Agnes Place, Kennington. A series of council-owned Victorian terraced houses that were for many years a favoured haunt of squatters, as well as housing a Rastafarian temple. Demolition proceeded piecemeal amid controversy and a few refurbished houses remain to the right of this photograph.
