ST LEONARD’S CHURCH, STREATHAM HIGH ROAD, STREATHAM CENTRAL

The old pigeon-hole cupboard for the Bread Dole in St Leonard's church. From here bread was given out on a Sunday after the service to the poor people of the parish. The Dole originated from the charity of Sir Giles and Sir John Howland. The cupboard was destroyed in the fire of 1975.
