STREATHAM HIGH ROAD, STREATHAM

STREATHAM HIGH ROAD, STREATHAM

View of Streatham High Road, looking north past the junction with Pinfold Road towards the Tate Library on the right, taken after the King Edward VII clock had been installed in 1912.  Note the milk delivery hand cart on the left and the horse cart advertising 'Your Daily Bread' on the right, both sharing the road with a group of trams and no motor cars visible in this street scene.
