The £80million development of The Library Building, designed by architects Studio Egret West, was the result of a Public Private Partnership scheme between Lambeth Council, Cathedral and United House. The development provided a library, health and leisure centres and residential accommodation, including affordable housing with the assistance of the Notting Hill Housing Trust.
