View from the garden. The house stood next to the Rectory, on the site now occupied by nos. 24 - 32 Tooting Bec Gardens. It was the residence of John Kymer. The house stood in 6 acres of grounds, extending to Garrads Road. Part of the perimeter wall still remains.
