Newspaper article: 'Hitler Passed This Way....Gently the rescue men lifted Mrs Knowles from the debris of her home in Rhodesia Road, Stockwell. Bombed in March 1944...twenty-four people were killed and many injured. Today the site is in use for temporary housing ' [prefabs]. from the Evening News, dated 13th November 1946.
